My mission
I help founders and CEOs of scale-ups fully realize themselves in their professional and personal lives, along with those around them, no matter the obstacles they face, by intellectually challenging and emotionally supporting them.
What is your mission as a coach?
My mission is to help my clients fully thrive, both professionally and personally. This means supporting them in becoming grounded, inspiring, and resilient leaders who are mindful of their choices and the impact those choices have on others. This extends not only to their relationships with their teams but also, at times, to their loved ones and those around them—those who care for them and work alongside them—no matter the challenges they face.
How do you work with your clients?
I use two main approaches to help them advance: on one hand, I challenge them intellectually, and on the other, I support them emotionally.
To challenge them intellectually is to ask the questions they don't ask themselves, don't ask enough, or don't dare to express. It's about allowing them to seek out the answers they often already have within themselves. It's also about helping them structure their thinking and manage their emotions to enable them to make fully conscious decisions with which they truly feel aligned.
To support them emotionally, is to create a trusting, judgment-free space where they can voice their doubts, fears, and struggles. It’s about helping them transform those moments into opportunities for growth, becoming more grounded, resilient, and fully aligned with their authentic selves.
In both cases, I use a multitude of techniques and tools, data, benchmarks and frameworks, readings and content, which I choose, develop and adapt according to the needs of the person I am coaching.
Do you cover all topics?
Yes and No.
Yes, in the sense that, as a coach, I make space for any topics, whatever they may be, so that we can identify and explore them if they fall within my areas of expertise. However, there are certain subjects and dynamics that I am not equipped to address.
I’m not a therapist, for example. If a founder shows signs of burn-out or depression, or if they express a medical issue, I help them become aware of it so they can seek the right professionals—whether medical or paramedical—to support them. This can coexist with our work, but my role remains focused on professional coaching.
And I’m not a consultant. I don’t provide ready-made solutions, nor do I work without them. They are the champions. The answers must come from them. My role is to activate their thinking, nurture it, help them leverage both their rational and emotional intelligence, and define and utilize their areas of genius to find their own solutions. Certainly not to deliver a pre-packaged solution.
In other words, I illuminate all possible paths without paving the way for them or committing to it myself, especially when it goes beyond my expertise. And if complementary expertise is needed, I can, depending on the case, tap into my network of expert partners.
Why coach founders specifically?
Because that’s where I’m the best and most useful.
Leading a scale-up is a unique and incredibly demanding challenge. Being CEO and founder, means carrying immense responsibility—toward your team, your clients, your investors, and sometimes even society as a whole. It’s about making critical decisions almost daily while managing constant shifts in people, product, or market. Succeeding as a founder requires striving for excellence while staying deeply aligned with yourself, your team, and your loved ones. It’s a tough balance to achieve—and it’s my specialty.
I lived these high-intensity realities for years as an entrepreneur, founder, and CEO. And as a coach, I have deepened, structured, and put them into perspective.
My professional journey, my story , and this combination of experiences - as a doer, manager, leader, founder, CEO and executive coach- probably allow me to ask more pointed questions — the kind others might not think to ask. Questions that truly help my clients move forward, embody their role more fully, overcome isolation or exhaustion, and strengthen their mental balance, emotional resilience, intellectual clarity, and ability to navigate uncertainty — alone, with others, and for others. It’s what I’ve lived. It’s my zone of excellence. And it’s where I’m most in my element to help.
