A network of partners

We are nothing without others. It’s as simple as that. That’s why I constantly grow my network of expert partners — to support my clients differently, especially when it’s outside my own area of expertise.

Why invest so much in this network of partners?

My personal and professional life experience has taught me that we always grow with and through others. My clients, who are CEOs and founders of scale-ups, face complex and multidimensional challenges. I'm fully aware that there are topics where I'm either not the right expert for my clients or simply don't wish to address. However, that doesn't mean I can't contribute to finding solutions.

I consider that my role goes beyond direct coaching; it also includes a role of connecting people. When my clients need it, I facilitate access to other experts who can bring their added value and open new perspectives. To do this, I continuously develop and maintain a network of excellence partners.

By developing this network, I can connect my clients with the right people at the right time, and in the best possible way for all parties involved.

Which investment funds do you work with?

I work with most Tier 1 funds in Europe and the US. The majority of them know me personally.

You can easily see our mutual connections on LinkedIn and ask them to introduce you to me — either directly on the platform or by email at hello@adrien-falcon.com.

Among these funds, we can notably mention: Sequoia Capital, Accel, Index Ventures, Singular, Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, NEA, Coatue, Google Ventures, Thrive Capital, Benchmark Capital, a16z, Alven, Balderton Capital, Northzone, DST Global, Cassius, Atomico, EQT Ventures, Partech, Bessemer Venture, Felix Capital, LocalGlobe, Point Nine, Blossom, Earlybird, Notion Capital, Frst, Adjacent, Xange, Eurazeo, Athletico Ventures, Serena, Kima Ventures, […]

Apart from those funds, what other kinds of partners are part of your network?

They are professionals who I consider highly competent in their field, who share similar values and work principles, and who, through their expertise, enable me to offer a far more holistic and comprehensive approach than I could achieve alone.

By developing this network, I can connect my clients with the right people at the right time, and in the best possible way for all parties involved.

My network includes, for example: other executive coaches who specialise in different profiles, topics, or levels of seniority; bankers; family offices; accountants; headhunters; marketing specialists or SEO experts; human resources specialists; lawyers specialising in business, intellectual property, employment, or criminal law; communication or crisis management specialists; mediators; sports coaches; nutritionists; psychotherapists, etc. In short, all types of well-known and respected professionals who can, at any given moment, provide complementary expertise based on a need expressed by one of my clients.

However, I never step into the medical sphere, including referrals to doctors. While I may identify a need, for example related to signs of burn out, but I always advise my clients to find and consult their own medical professionals, in this case their GP or a psychiatrist.

How can one become one of your partners if they don’t know you directly?

I operate mainly by referral and introduction through a trusted third party. I always meet with my partners, validate that I am comfortable with how they work, and we adjust things based on feedback from our respective clients. For professionals interested in becoming part of the network, they simply need to contact me via Linkedin.
